This small tool allows you to replace or remove line breaks from your text documents. It also allows you to replace and remove windows line breaks, linux line breaks, Mac OS line breaks, carriage returns, tabs (tabulations), spaces, new line and whitespaces (vertical tab, formfeed, ...).
You can see the user guide to help you.
Sometimes, we receive text documents with erroneous line breaks (Or other special characters). This is the case, for example, when you receive text documents by email, or when you retrieve the text of a PDF document. It still happens today that some emails are corrupted. For pdf documents, it depends on how they were created.
It is sometimes possible to make the modifications either manually via a text editor. But this work is repetitive and can take a considerable amount of time when dealing with a long text. It can also be a hassle when its text editor reformats the special characters on its own.
This small tool does not do much, but can be useful in these particular cases, and then allows you to save time! Moreover, since it is automated, it avoids typing errors, and errors of inattentiveness. You are then sure that your text document has had the appropriate deletions/replacements (Depending on the options you have set).
This fairly simple tool allows you to replace the line breaks of different operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac OS). By default, the tool replaces all these line breaks, so you do not need to know what type of line break your text document contains (It is easier that way).
